The right collaboration at the right time can be a wonderful thing.

In addition to my work with individual clients I also work with groups or businesses as a speaker, create or deliver specific relaxations for your clients or classes, or participating in events.

Examples include:

Talks/Workshops/ Presentations/ Webinars on performance improvement, overcoming stress, anxiety and their effects
Creation of guided relaxations, progressive muscle relaxation scripts or story metaphors specifically for you to use with your groups or classes. Ideal for yoga, pilates instructors etc. (written or audio)
Provide group relaxation sessions as part of your retreat
