Smoking Cessation

Hypnotherapy to Quit Smoking

Many studies  have shown that hypnotherapy is the most effective way to stop smoking. Some of their findings include:

  • "Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking, according to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit." (1)

  • "Smoking patients who participated in one hypnotherapy session were more likely to be non-smokers at 6 months compared with patients using Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) alone or who quit "cold turkey"." (2)

  • "Smoking patients undertaking Hypnotherapy or Hypnotherapy plus NRT were over 3 times more likely to be non-smokers after 6 months than those using NRT alone" (3)

Stop Smoking with Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy to stop smoking is covered in a single session of 90 minutes to 2 hours with no need for a prior Initial Consultation. It is the most effective way to quit smoking and stay an ex-smoker in the long term.

The most common reasons why some smokers have failed to quit using other methods before is because either they try to do it because someone else wants them to, they're not wholly committed to quitting, or they have bought into the idea that breaking the nicotine addiction is just too hard.

Actually nicotine addiction accounts for only 10% of the problem and takes ex-smokers less than a week to overcome. It's how we think that is 90% of the issue and that is why hypnotherapy is so effective in helping you quit smoking for good. Hypnotherapy is about working with the mind, particularly the part of the brain that creates and reinforces habits in this case.

Before you scroll down, think about what life as an ex-smoker would be like for you? How would you feel? What would you gain? What could you do? ...What does that mean to you?

...No wonder you want to quit smoking!

The most important things you need to bring with you for your smoking cessation hypnotherapy session are your determination to quit and commitment to the process.
